Seller is willing to accompany goods to the end Buyer’s designated country of choice, after he must have fulfil the seller’s requirements, by issuing a Standby Letter of Credit in favour of the seller while the final payment will be at country of import after final evaluation must have been done by the end buyers gemmologist.

PRICE: We sell $00000(OPEN) per carat as minimum prices depending on the quality of the stone to be bought. The total amount involve is $.00000USD. Seller requires that, end Buyer should be present at his airport where proper valuation of the product will be conducted.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
a) The delivery terms for this FCO are on CIF basis.
b) All expenses incurred by the Seller will be deducted from the total amount during payment; i.e. export taxes, insurance and freights.
c) A company specialized in international transport selected by the Buyer/Seller to take charge of all the related points with the logistics in the transport from country of Export to country of Import.
d) The Seller/representative is, able and ready to accompany merchandise to the end Buyers’ designated country of choice. The Seller is responsible for his ticket but Buyer assumes responsibility for accommodation.
PAYMENT TERMS
7.1 The Buyer WARRANTS payment of the price as per Article 6 by means of Bank to Bank transfer within two-three banking days from date of issue of final graders report from buyers designated country of choice and house of inspection.
7.2 The Seller will issue the Buyer an invoice over the quantity stated. This invoice shall be for the Net Purchase Price as per Article 6.1.
7.3 Payment will be SECURED by an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or a Bank Guarantee (BG) as per Appendix - 2 issued by the Buyer’s bank by Swift to the Seller’s nominated account.
7.4 The value of the LC for the whole amount of 7.417.22carat. Shall be USD. $43.428.380 this amount will be swift through a BG/SBLC in favour of seller.
7.5 The parties agree that the LC is to serve only as security for payment in case of Buyer’s default and that Buyer will make payment as soon as the assaying has been completed and that Seller will not present documents should he have received payment as per Article. 6 beforehand.
DOCUMENTS:
Each delivery shall be identified with all appropriate contract reference codes and numbers. Seller must provide the following documents to Buyer:
a.) Three originals of Commercial Invoices in favour of the Buyer.
b.) Certificate of Origin.
c.) Certificate of Ownership.
d.) Certificate of Movement.
e.) Declaration that the product is free and clear and of non-criminal origin, unencumbered and free of any liens, transferable and exportable.
f.) Kimberly certificate and schedule B.
g.) all necessary document for the export-import of minerals.
